What's Inside the Wound Blaster Kit

Wound Blaster is a complete, portable wound-care kit designed for convenient at-home use without removing the wound dressing. The three main components are used in combination to achieve desired outcomes.

Premium rigid board box

Organized for complete at-home wound care

Inside the premium rigid board box with magnetic closure, customers receive the treatment pad, transparent wound dressings, hypochlorous wound cleanser, charging accessories, placement strap, rechargeable power bank, and paper ruler for baseline and follow-up measurements.

Main component

Flexible LED Treatment Pad

A flexible, 100% silicone-enrobed LED treatment pad about the size of a credit card, using proprietary 3-wavelength, multi-phase, multi-pulsed core technology.

The water-clear patient side allows light to pass through while maintaining separation between the light source and the patient. The pad is patent pending, FDA 510(k) exempt, cleared to increase circulation, and manufactured in an FDA-registered facility in the USA to ISO 13485 standards. The device is never in direct contact with the wound.

Main component

Transparent Wound Dressings

Single-use, transparent, FDA-cleared, impregnated wound dressings engineered to allow light transmission with less than 7% attenuation.

The scaffold mesh is impregnated with L-Mesitran and Manuka honey and is in direct contact with the wound. A clear edge adhesive top allows light to pass through to the wound with 93% transmission.

Main component

Hypochlorous Wound Cleanser

One bottle of hypochlorous wound cleanser with a pump-spray applicator. It is FDA cleared for active and chronic diabetic wounds, pressure ulcers, and more.

Accessory

10 ft Magnetic Charging Cable

A magnetic USB-A to USB-C charging cable supports easy breakaway connections. If the cable is lost or damaged, it is an off-the-shelf product available from many sources.

The USB connector portion is pre-mounted in the pad and does not require insertion or removal.

Accessory

Adjustable Hook & Loop Strap

A long, adjustable book-strap style hook and loop strap supports hands-free placement when needed and can be secured with one hand.

Power

10,000 mAh Rechargeable Power Bank

A portable rechargeable power bank supports 100+ sessions and includes a digital display showing remaining energy. A USB C-C charging cable is included.

Measuring

Paper Ruler

A paper ruler is included for measuring baseline wound size and follow-up progress at weekly intervals.

Puracyn Plus Wound Irrigation Solution

Each Wound Blaster kit includes Puracyn Plus Wound Irrigation Solution, a ready-to-use hypochlorous wound cleanser for cleansing, irrigating, moistening, and debriding to remove wound debris.

Helps prepare the wound bed by flushing away dirt, debris, and exudate.
Uses hypochlorous acid technology, which serves as a preservative to inhibit microorganism growth within the product.
Ready to use with no mixing or diluting required.
Contains no alcohol, iodine, steroids, or antibiotics.

Data Sheet Details — How It Works

The Puracyn Plus data sheet describes the solution as an aid for wound bed preparation. During dressing changes, it can be applied directly to the wound to help cleanse and irrigate the area, then used with the rest of the wound care protocol as directed.

Stimulates fibroblast activity and collagen synthesis. Supports new tissue formation and wound matrix strengthening.

Backed by Nobel Prize-Winning Science

Wound Blaster's technology is grounded in the 1998 Nobel Prize discovery that nitric oxide acts as the body's natural vasodilator. Over 25 years of peer-reviewed clinical research validates that near-infrared light therapy increases local circulation and supports wound closure.

"Monochromatic infrared energy accelerates closure of diabetic and venous ulcers through localized nitric oxide release."
